Terms of service

The agreement between you and Fitfly. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

Last updated 11 September 2026

Who this is between

“Fitfly”, “we” and “us” mean Fitfly Ltd. “You” means the person using the app. Using Fitfly means you accept these terms; if you do not, don’t use it.

Your account

One account per person, and you must be at least 16. Keep your login details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

What you can and can’t do

  • Use Fitfly for your own personal, non-commercial fitness tracking.
  • Don’t resell, sublicense or rebrand it, or scrape the service in bulk.
  • Don’t reverse-engineer it, probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us first, or try to break other people’s accounts.
  • Don’t falsify challenge or leaderboard results. It’s a step count. Have some dignity.

Free and Pro

Free is free, indefinitely, and we won’t hold your history hostage to make you upgrade. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through your app store. Yearly is charged up front at the discounted rate shown at checkout.

Cancelling. Any time, from inside the app, in two taps. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months, but we also do not make you call anyone.

If you drop back to Free, your history stays. Features lock; data doesn’t vanish.

Price changes apply from your next renewal and we will tell you before they do. Refunds are handled by the app store you bought through, under their policies.

Teams plans

Teams is billed per active person per month under a separate order form. An administrator can add or remove people; removing someone ends their Teams access but not their personal Fitfly account or their data.

Fitfly is not medical advice

This matters more than the rest of this page. Fitfly is a wellbeing and activity tracker. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it — readiness scores, recovery figures, sleep analysis, calorie estimates, nudges — is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for a qualified clinician.

Sensor readings and estimates can be wrong. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise regime, especially if you are pregnant, managing a condition, or recovering from injury. If something feels medically wrong, seek care — do not wait for an app to agree with you.

Availability

We work to keep Fitfly running, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or retire features; where a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you and you can cancel.

Your content

Your data stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display it back to you as part of running the service. We claim nothing beyond that. See Privacy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Fitfly is provided as-is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, it is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are legally barred from doing so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction — without affecting any consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
