Right now we're building the next chapter of the app — recovery scores, social features, and the backend to make Teams work at scale.
- Backend engineers — Go or Python, shipping real services that billions of requests run through.
- Mobile engineers — Swift for iOS. We're async-first, which means you can own pieces end-to-end.
- Product designers — Not pixel-pushing. Real, thick-lined, thoughtful design for a product that users love.
What we value
- Shipping over perfect. We iterate weekly. You will ship something you're not 100% happy with, and that is fine.
- Skill, not credentials. We don't care where you went to school or whether you have a CS degree. Show us what you've built.
- Genuine time off. We close the Slack channel two weeks a year and don't email you while you're gone.
- Boring growth. We're profitable and growing. No runway-and-exit pressure, no pivot-every-quarter chaos.
